When contacting us, we can let you know when the showing will be for that specific property. Some of our properties are owner or tenant occupied and some are vacant. Each property is different, so please NEVER disturb a property without talking with us first. If it is vacant, we can typically give you the lockbox code so you can check it out on your own. If it is occupied, we have a scheduled showing with our team. After the showing, you are welcome to submit an offer via email or text. Once you connect with us about the property or rental in Indianapolis that you want to purchase, if we accept we’ll require an earnest deposit to secure your offer on that property.
